We have 2 state of the art 5-Axis CNC trimming machines which complete the Vacuum Forming process. Using saw blade and router cutters the excess material is trimmed away and high tolerance details can be trimmed into the mouldings.

Our 3 Axis CNC Cutter is ideal for cutting flat sheet for plastic fabrication. We can cut thin and thick guage sheets up to 2500mm x 1500mm. You can even start your order online by choosing your material and uploading a DXF or other CAD file on our materials page.
